Good to know
Like many old buildings in central Nice, there is no lift: the duplex is on the 4th and top floor. In return, no neighbours above, peace and light in the city centre. The mezzanine is reached by a steep ship’s-ladder staircase.

At the villa: 2 spaces inside + 1 private space, with an EV charging point. At the duplex, in central Nice, everything is within walking distance.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, as a card pre-authorisation: €500 for the duplex and €800 for the villa. It is placed automatically 1 day before arrival and released 2 days after departure. Nothing is charged unless there is damage.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Non-smoking homes.
